An avid rock climber, poet and Aikido practitioner, John Anthony Wylliams hails from Queens, New York and trained under the tutelage of Mike Nichols, Paul Sills and George Morrison at The New Actors Workshop and previously at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He continued on that learning curve, studying under Master Teacher Deena Levy in recent years. John Anthony is known for his visceral portrayal of Christopher "Real" Hill in the celebrated indie film "Moves We Make", adapted for the screen from best selling author JM Benjamin's novel "Checkmate". He can also presently be seen in Jake Hulse's, "Heroes Don't Come Home", a drama about growing up in the aftermath of 9/11, it is a story about those who stay, those who don't and the struggle of finding normalcy when those who fought come back home. Previous commercials include Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime, One World Trade Center, Merck, Amazon and AT&T, with most recent spots for Nucleus, Subway and The New York Times.
