Joel Kullberg was born on February 15,1983 in Norrkoping, Östergötlands län, Sweden as Joel Viktor Kullberg. He grew up in a academic environment. A versatile actor raised in the west coast of Sweden. He's got mainly Swedish descent, and distant finnish, on his paternal side. Apparently there is Dutch, Belgian and Danish ancestry, according to MyHeritage. He's first performance, was at a play [written by Elsa Beskow] called "Springflowers vals". He played the title role Krokrot. There were around two parades yearly, until the end of middle school. Occasional performances during "the happy hours" were elements. A performance at the known event "the evening of the seven", came later on. Around the time, for this somewhat comedy sketch, he saw he's first real play "Natten är dagens moder" [Written by Lars Norén], and his first musical [West End, London] "Blood Brothers" [Played from 1988-2012]This together with the fact that he didn't want to go to the local Pre-study program within social science. It seemed to obvious to him, and instead he rediscovered something familiar but still new - Theatre. Auditioning for a Theatre program, and got in. Here, there were participations a music projects, and of course plays. He acted in the play "Tokfursten" [Book by Elgard Jonsson, script by Henning Mankell] and the play "Skithög". He graduated in theatre arts, from Agnebergsgymnasiet high school '02. 2016 he tried out a course at the Swedish American Stunt School, having been influenced by Tom Cruise, Kirsten Dunst and other performers.
