Joe Lazo was born in Northern California where as a child he was fortunate enough to visit local farms and understand the true concept of, farm to table. Although his illustrious career in the food industry started in the later years of his life, he is quickly excelling in the industry as a chef, food stylist and culinary producer. In the last several years, Joe has worked with some of the countries top chefs. With his attention to detail and knowledge of both food & television, he has distinguished himself in many Food Network shows.
