Joe Bowen has served as the voice of the Maple Leafs since 1982. The Sudbury, Ontario native began his radio career with an eight-year stint calling games for the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League for and a three-year tenure with the former Montreal Canadiens' American Hockey League affiliate, the Nova Scotia Voyageurs.
