I was a featured regular on Freaks and Geeks (1999) and Undeclared (2001). I was basically an extra. But no one treated me any differently than anyone else on the show. It was a very good atmosphere on both sets. There were no rules about who you could or couldn't talk to. Judd Apatow was great about that. One rule I've learned about film-making is you rarely get to completely do what you want and that's probably a good thing. I really didn't want to play Nick Anderson (in Anderson's Cross (2010)). Too close too my own life. But I'm glad I did. It changed my life. At least my professional life. Show less «
