Jeremy Long is a writer, actor and comic, perhaps best known for his 2014 documentary film Tenacity and Gratitude: The Frank Cotolo Story (2014). Jeremy was born in Pennsylvania and graduated from Palmyra Area High School in 2010, at which point he furthered his education at Penn State University, majoring in film with a minor in theater. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Jeremy moved to Los Angeles, California to further his career in film. Throughout his career, Jeremy has acted in theater, stage plays and film & television He has also toured the country as a stand-up comic, performing everywhere from NYC to Los Angeles. In addition to stand-up comedy, Jeremy is also a member of the highly sought after improv troupe High Fructose Imporov, formed in 2011. In 2010, Jeremy co-founded the independent production company Winston Simmons Productions, which is still active to this day. Then, in November 2011, Jeremy received his very first feature film role in Jack Reacher (2012) starring Tom Cruise. Afterwards, Jeremy continued to act in both film and television, perhaps most notably in Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015). In 2014, Jeremy released his very first feature film under his production company, Winston Simmons Productions, titled Tenacity and Gratitude: The Frank Cotolo Story (2014) which is a documentary directed, produced, written and edited by Jeremy Long about his friend and mentor Frank Cotolo who is a renowned entertainer and has written for all the great comics of the last few decades, as well as being Wolfman Jack's longtime writer and radio partner. Jeremy currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he is working for Field's Entertainment, founded by legendary producer Simon Fields, in Post Production for the television series The Carbonaro Effect (2014) on TruTv. Jeremy also continues to act, being featured in episodes of classic television shows such as Do No Harm (2013), NCIS (2003), Mom (2013), and The Goldbergs (2013), as well as new hit shows such as The Muppets (2015), Code Black (2015), and Supergirl (2015), among others. Jeremy also continues to perform comedy and improv to audiences everywhere. Jeremy is currently in pre-production of a television series titled The Return of Turk Berain (2016), which he co-wrote with writing partner Frank Cotolo and is based on Cotolo's book of the same name. Jeremy is also in pre-production for his second feature film The Unfortunate Monsters (2017), an apocalyptic drama film which he wrote and will produce.
