Jeff Reyes is a film, television and stage actor residing in Vancouver, Canada. Born in Batangas, Philippines, Jeff and his family moved to Winnipeg, Canada at the age of twelve. Already joining dance performances in his native country, he further honed his performing skills in a vast amount of areas ranging from contemporary dance to musical theatre after making the move. While in high school, Jeff landed two consecutive lead roles in musical productions at Daniel McIntyre Collegiate Institute, including 'The Wiz' and 'High School Musical On Stage'. After graduation, he finished two years of theatre classes at the University of Winnipeg, followed by his debut stage performance at the world premiere of Hope McIntyre's "Empty," in association with Femfest, which is a national theatre festival in Canada. Jeff joined the cast in a two-week tour after consecutive sold out shows in his hometown.Jeff's theatre endeavors were followed by intensive training with various film actors and coaches, including Tammy Gillis, Onalee Ames, and Tony Alcantar to name a few. He landed his first feature film role on "A Warden's Ransom," starring Law & Order's Diane Neal, under the direction of Mike Elliott for the Lifetime Network. Shortly after, Jeff booked a commercial for Tamlo International, which focused on financial abuse for the elderly. The commercial is currently being used by various banking companies across North America.
