Jeffson Arelus, the second to last child of five, was born in Hartford, Connecticut and raised in Bloomfield, Connecticut.He got his first shot at being on screen in 2017 when his sister, Sintia Arelus, an aspiring Film Director participated in a film competition held by NESN, (New England Sports Network) at Central Connecticut State University. The competition was to create the best short film project you could within your means. He and his sister did just that. Out of 300+ contestants Jeff and Sintia were able to make top 3 Finalists and ended up landing the second place spot. Jeff was able to show early on his natural ability of being in front of the camera as well as a great screen presence.Jeff is early in his career only being a year and a half in. He got his first official start in 2019 doing a Television Show Pilot known as 'Shea'. He played the Character 'Jefferson Myles', a small town teenager that moves to 'Grandview, California' for a fresh start with his family. It ends up turning into a rough patch in his life with the culture change and a new girl he grows to like that comes with a bit of a spin when his crush experiences life from another prospective. This Teen Drama/Sci-Fi was the opening debut to his career.From there Jeff was then able to market himself and was cast to do an episode of 'Saturday Night Live' as a Featured Background in 2020. He worked along side Keenan Thompson, know for the classic film, 'Good Burger'. Although it was a featured background role, the experience broadened his eyes to the film industry and allowed him to see what it really takes to make it in Hollywood.As of most recent, Jeffson was able to land a Supporting role in the Feature Film, 'Aramingo Ave'. The film was Produced by David Michaels and Directed by Clarence Fuller. It was his first feature film working with notable actors and actresses which included Rosanna Arquette, best known for her role in 'Pulp Fiction' starring John Travolta and Samuel L.Jackson. In the film he also worked with Wass Stevens, known for 'House of Cards'. The film was led by Hopper and Dylan Penn, children of one of Hollywood's highest regarded and progressive actors, Sean Penn, known for his award winning roles in 'Mystic River' and 'Milk'. Jeffson was able to add to his resume and learn a lot more about his depth as an actor as well as the business side of TV & Film through that experience.You can look forward to seeing Jeff in many more films in the near future as he is working on two new projects where he will be able to showcase his growth and true abilities as an Actor.
