Born in Reno, NV, Jed's family moved 13 times before his 12th birthday. He attributes his primary location of growing up to be Puyallup, WA. Puyallup, home of the 7th largest fair in the USA. It wasn't until his freshman year of college that fate struck its cord, and he fell in love with acting. A prolific improv artist, his 5 years in the improv world led to appearances in feature films such as Ten Inch Hero, opposite Jensen Ackles and Clea Duvall, and the Happy Madison Pictures Production of The Benchwarmers, directed by Dennis Dugan. His dramatic career took off with his guest star appearance in the CBS crime drama Close To Home. His most recent project took advantage of his surfing expertise, portraying a professional surfer chasing his dream against the odds.Jed's national commercial campaigns have included household names such as Scion, Jack In The Box, Verizon, AT&T, Microsoft, Yellowpages, and AM PM.In contrast to his comedic endeavors, he also has a degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.Jed can be found performing regularly on the mainstages of Improv Olympic West and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, and is a member of the renowned Groundlings Theatre.
