Jean-Claude is one of the five founding-owners of Milk, a multi-award winning, independent visual effects company based in London. Jean-Claude is a VFX Supervisor & Joint Head of 3D at Milk.Since its launch in 2013, Milk has created a range of innovative and complex sequences for high-end television and feature films, winning an Oscar for feature Film Ex-Machina; an Emmy for the BBC/Hartswood's Sherlock (2016); three consecutive BAFTA Television Craft Awards for their work on the BBC's Doctor Who (2014 and 2015) and Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell (2016) and seven BAFTA Craft nominations.Jean-Claude supervised Milk's work as principal VFX provider for Good Omens, Neil Gaiman's adaptation of the book he co-authored with Terry Pratchett, for Amazon Studios and BBC.As Milk's VFX Supervisor on Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Jean-Claude lead the team to win a 2016 BAFTA Television Craft Award and VES Award and RTS Craft Award nominations. His extensive feature film experience includes Alexander, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, Alien vs. Predator and 28 Weeks Later.Jean-Claude's television credits include BAFTA, RTS Craft and VES Award-winning work on Doctor Who as well as Merlin, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Torchwood and ITV's Primeval for which he was VFX Supervisor. His career began as a Runner at Soho 601 before moving to The Hive to become a Character Animator and later joining The Moving Picture Company.
