Jason Larimore is a talented actor/singer/songwriter from Chicago, Illinois who is best known for his role in Ben Stiller's "Cable Guy" as the jail inmate who blew Mathew Broderick's character a kiss in the "Oh Billy" scene with Jim Carrey. Musically inclined at a young age, Jason played piano and guitar and had natural singing abilities. While in high school, Jason performed as a lead singer/guitarist in local Chicago bands working on demos and live performances. He also performed live stage dinner theater in "Nurse Norton" and "Child's Play" held at the Candlelight Dinner Theater and Drury Lane Theatre. After graduation, Jason attended St. Marylebone School of Performing Arts in London, England. Heading back to the States, Jason began to perform as a stage singer playing acoustic sets in Chicago cafés and comedy clubs (Comedy Cottage, Comedy Womb, Earl of Old Town, Zanies, Ambassador East) where he opened for comics on the rise such as Jay Leno, David Letterman and Arsenio Hall. With this exposure, Jason was quickly signed by Buddy Meyers & Assoc. and was sent to Hollywood to become the lead singer and guitarist in a rock band called "Y." As a band, they gained international airplay in Sweden and in 1987 opened for Guns N Roses at Gazzari's in West Hollywood. Thereafter, Jason headed back to Hollywood permanently to begin an acting career. Signed on with Coast to Coast Talent Group, Jason regularly appeared in nationally syndicated commercials for Blockbuster Video, Ninetendo, Sega, Hitachi, Jeep Cherokee and Red Dog Beer. In 1994 Jason appeared in the film "Till the End of the Night," directed by Larry Brand, playing the role of Peaches Munroe, now available on DVD. Soon after, Jason appeared in Warner Bros.' hit TV series "Babylon 5-Convictions" (1995) before he was casted in Ben Stiller's "Cable Guy" (1996). Jason teamed up with USC film alum, David Greenberg, where he broadened his acting skills and co-wrote, produced and cast a short comedy film "Hollywood Sign" (1999). Jason has since focused his energy on fitness and has partnered with Michael Thurmond, from the ABC reality TV series "Extreme Makeover," to help promote his health facility "Body Makeovers" in Santa Monica at Lowe's Hotel. Jason is a member of SAG and ISSA certified. Show less «
