Jason Day-Del Solar can next be seen starring in the Telemundo/ Netflix limited series Jugar Con Fuego. He was last seen on TV starring in RCN's Spanish Language series Revenge, based on the hit ABC American series. He was also seen on TV in Fox Latin America's 2091, released worldwide (except the US where they are planning on doing an English Language version). He was also seen starring in Atacada which was one of the most anticipated Peruvian films in recent years. He is known to American audiences for his starring role opposite Elsa Pataky in the independent film Mancora, directed by Ricardo de Montreuil. The film was nominated for a Grand Jury Prize at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. Day also starred opposite Lee Pace, Justin Kirk, Jennifer Tilly and Thomas Sadoski in the independent film 30 Beats. His first starring role was in the Peruvian independent film Manana Tt Cuento which was a huge box office hit and rapidly catapulted him into being one of the most promising Peruvian actors of his generation. He also starred on TV in Latin America in the hit series Esta Sociedad (Season 1 & 2), La Tayson Corazon Rebelde, and El Capo 2 for Mundo Fox and RCN. In Jason's spare time he is a humanitarian activist and the Director of Centro para la Acción Ciudadana, a Peruvian-based non-profit which catalyzes efforts to achieve greater equality and reduce violence in the Peruvian society, as well as the two-time director of Eve Ensler's One Billion Rising campaign to end violence against women and girls in Peru.
