James A. Morgan (born August 7, 1989) is an up-and-coming actor and entrepreneur of Indo-Guyanese heritage. He was born and raised in Queens, New York. He attended John Adams High School in Ozone Park, New York a school that had a high crime rate and notable attendees such as Hip Hop icons Lost Boyz, Ja Rule, Onyx and more. James found himself following the wrong crowd and got into a lot of trouble. Despite the hardship, he kept it together and graduated. He later attended Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology in Flushing, New York and was the first in his family to graduate with his Bachelor's of Science in Technology Management (2015). He wanted to become an Air Traffic Controller, however, being on television was his biggest goal.He has been seen on television shows and films such as "Blue Bloods" (2018), "Strangers" (2018), "American Trial" (2018) and much more. He is actively pursuing gigs that both challenge him and help him reach new heights both creatively and professionally. He is the youngest amongst 10 siblings. His father James Augustus Morgan JR. was not around for most of his life which is why he was raised by his mother Acleema Mohamed, who worked multiple jobs to make sure her kids had a roof over their heads. James, recently lost his father to cancer and even though they weren't close he knew he had to make his family proud which is one of the many reasons why he started acting. To James, acting goes beyond memorizing lines, being on the big screen, and merely performing; it is an opportunity for him to create positive change on a global scale through heartfelt storytelling. Each role he steps into serves as that golden opportunity, and he puts his all into every artistic venture he takes on. He has gotten the opportunity to work with notable actors and actresses such as Donnie Wahlberg, Regina King, Lindsey Lohan and more. He is also great friends with actress Mindy Shankar who is famous for her role as "Allia Bhandari" on the hit television show "Degrassi: The Next Generation."Community-driven, James also strives to give back to his community in any way that he can and has volunteered his time as a Pediatric Assistant at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York as well as donating toys, foods and clothes to help the homeless and less fortunate. Just like acting, he is continually seeking for the chance to make his mark in the world. At the end of the day, this motto will always remain true for James A. Morgan:"Your opinion doesn't define who I am!"These words keep him humble, but at the same time, motivate him to be better than the person he was yesterday.
