Ivan Petrushinov is a Bulgarian theater and cinema actor. He was born on January 15, 1953 in Godech, Bulgaria. He graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1976. He began his career in cinema with participation in the film "The Blue Lamp" (1973). Since 1976 to 1979 he was an actor at the Lovech Drama Theatre. In 1979, he won the Union of Bulgarian Actors' Award for the best young actor for his portrayal of Edgar in the play "The New Sorrows of Young Werther." Since 1979 to 1990 he has played in the Theater "Sofia" and since 1990 he is a part of a troupe of Little city Theatre "Off the channel". In 2010 he starred in the advertising world of Coca-Cola Santa Claus. He has been married to Svetlana Hvir since December 20, 1989. They have two children. He was previously married to Cvetelina. He has two daughters (born 1979 and 1990) and a son (born in 1991). One daughter lives in the UK and the other - in Canada. Show less «
