Irina Sofia Krichely was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Her mother is of Russian noble ancestry; her father is a Georgian Jew. When she was 12 years old, the family moved to Israel, where she began taking modern dance and vocal classes. Irina showed passion for acting at a young age and starred in many school plays. She attended a drama school in Tel-Aviv and was discovered by a talent agent at her graduation play. Irina spent two years in Berlin, starring in a number of lead roles in Berlin's Russian Theatre. Her film debut was in the thriller "African Gothic", playing a girl in a protagonist's dream. Irina then appeared in "The Expendables II" alongside Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Chuck Norris. She moved to Moscow, Russia in 2014 and has since appeared in a number of popular TV series such as Londongrad and The Girlz (Babes and Chicks). Irina Krichely is also a singer, having recorded her debut song "Memory" with music by Brandon Stone, for which she wrote the lyrics.
