Harry Culverhouse was born in London, England to Sarah and Jeremy Culverhouse. As a child, his flair for the dramatic and natural ability to entertain led him to undertake instruction in musical theatre and acting, where he excelled in improvisation, singing, and dancing. At the age of 12, he joined the National Youth Music Theatre and National Youth Theatre, performing in Dublin, Edinburgh, Plymouth and London. In 2007, he was cast alongside Ed Sheeran in the musical adaptation of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein".In addition to his theatre work, he took on small roles in professional television shows such as Casualty (2007), The Bill (2008), and Doctors (2011), leading up to his casting as Dani Harmer's best friend Toby in Dani's House (2008-2012). He also guest starred on the Channel4 hit sitcom Fresh Meat (2011-2012) as posh-boy Cunty Sykes.Harry has worked extensively with production company Shoreditch Pictures under the direction of Ben Wicks. He starred in the short films The Passenger (2015) and Humankind (2014), and most recently as brutish ex-convict Irving in The Wynters Men (2017).Harry studied acting at Drama Studio London for 2 years, graduating in autumn 2016.
