Harry Blain is an art entrepreneur with galleries in London, New York and Berlin. He has been committed to developing the contemporary art world for over 25 years, during which he has helped numerous world-class artists build their artistic careers. Blain is the founder and CEO of Blain Southern, a gallery for contemporary art with spaces in London and Berlin, and Sedition, an innovative online platform for collecting original art in digital format. He is also the founder of Blain-Di Donna, a New York gallery that specializes in surrealism, impressionism, and 20th century European & American art, founded in collaboration with former Sotheby's Vice Chairman, Emmanuel Di Donna. Before Blain-Southern, which Blain launched together with Graham Southern in 2010, the two opened the Haunch of Venison in 2002, also a contemporary art gallery with spaces in New York, London, Zurich, and Berlin. Blain supports several social causes. He hosts charity art auctions and fundraising events, and contributes regularly to the Naked Heart Foundation, the NSPCC, and the Waterberg Welfare Society, among others. Show less «
