Born in Mexico city, Guillermo started acting in school plays and making short films. He graduated from Bodwell High School in Vancouver, Canada, where he earned two scholarships for acting, directing and writing educational videos for the school. Later he attended the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City, where he also had the opportunity to be part of the Film Track with Robert Milazzo. In LA, he studied at the "Michelle Danner Acting Studio" in Santa Monica and at the improv comedy school "Second City" in Hollywood.
