Gretar Mar Gardarsson is an Icelandic actor. He is the youngest of three, having two older sisters. As a child he did plays and short films but his love for acting and film making began when he got the opportunity to be a background actor on 'Flags of our Fathers' directed by Clint Eastwood. A portion of the film was shot in Iceland in 2006. He attended The Icelandic Film School from January 2013 to December 2014. He worked on some short film projects after graduation and did some work on features, while also working as a welder. In September 2016 he moved to Los Angeles and began a one year acting program in the New York Film Academy in Burbank. He graduated in May 2017. Show less «
