Gray Plunkett is a character actor, known for Killing Reagan (2016), Olaf's Quest (2014), and Doin' Time.Gray was born in Atlanta, Georgia on February 10, 1957 and grew up in the Atlanta area. He has Irish, English, Dutch, and Jewish ancestry. He studied at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he graduated with a B.A. in German and Music in 1979. He received an M.Div. from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry (Ambridge, Pennsylvania) in 1985 and a Masters in Linguistics from the University of North Dakota in 1991. He lived and worked in Benin, West Africa for 24 years as a linguist where he still spends three months a year.Gray got his first taste in the film industry in 2013 by being cast as "Moustache Guy" in a Promo for Devious Maids (2013). The next week he was a background actor in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013). This was quickly followed by several other background roles. These initial experiences in the film industry led him to begin studying acting at Kristen Shaw Acting Studio in 2013. He filmed supporting roles in two independent movies in 2014 and 2015 and landed his first SAG supporting role in 2016 as "NBC Camera Man" in Killing Reagan (2016).
