Gordon James Asti is an American actor known for his commanding presence and ability to make the most affected, mysterious characters grounded and likable.Gordon James Asti was born on September 11th 1988 in Saratoga California to Glenn and Susan Asti. The youngest of three, Gordon took up drawing and painting at the very young age of two. Even as a child, his art was noticeably different and very ahead of his age. His creative backbone of capturing tremendous tones and feeling through art has carried over into all of his work.In September of 2009 he auditioned for the Cascades Theatrical Company's production of Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap" in Bend Oregon. This landed him his first lead role as "Giles Ralston".During the production, he became fast friends with his co-star Caleb Neet. To hone their skills in front of the camera, Caleb and Gordon wrote, directed and starred in many short films including "Nice Guys" (2009) and "My Life" (2010) before moving to Hollywood to pursue their careers. Gordon has since continued writing and directing. He wrote, directed and starred in his first feature film "Sunday" (2012) which premiered at the Theater Asylum in Hollywood. His film "Life of the Party" premiered at the 10th annual Bend Film Festival in 2013.His leading role as a tormented Iraqi war veteran in the film "Shellshock" was critically acclaimed at the 2014 UCSB film fest. The film won the prestigious Elmo Award for best picture.Gordon's remarkably natural acting style matched with his romantic leading presence and lovable personality will undoubtedly lead to great things for this young actor.
