Gary Marks is a screenwriter, director, actor and acting coach. Born in Hollywood, California, Gary attended Brown University, and from there, he studied acting at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, UCLA (MFA) and the British American Drama Academy. Throughout the 90s and early 2000s, he appeared in many film and television shows, including playing Eddie Naiman on the WB's Jack & Jill. As a screenwriter, Gary's adapted screenplay "The Music Never Stopped" opened the Sundance Film Festival (2011) and was cited by the Los Angeles Times as one of the best films of 2011. He has produced and created numerous television shows, including VH1's My Generation, GSN's High Stakes Poker, and Family Vacation: Kids Are In Charge. His most recent feature film, My Boyfriend's Meds (2020), is released by Pantelion and Lionsgate. In 2010, Gary is also a well-known and regarded private acting coach in Los Angeles, at The Acting Guru in Santa Monica, CA. Show less «
