Franchella is very active in the community as an Actress, Producer, Director, Artist Manager, TV & Radio Host. Wanting to help artists stay off the streets by moving them onto her stage, in 2011 she started Jet Plane Boyz Entertainment, a company that specializes in giving local talent a platform to perfect their craft. From this she jump started her own internet radio show called the Real Recognize Real Talk Radio in Philadelphia that allows many local artists, authors, filmmakers and entrepreneur voices to no longer be voiceless. This show offers a voice and lends an ear to the audience by addressing issues that can't be talked about, won't be talked about, and/or are misconstrued by the mainstream media. Franchella also started a woman's group called Diamond Divas. This group is focused on empowering and inspiring women to a life of passion, purpose and success. Creating a space where women come together to share experiences, insights and resources all while having fun and making meaningful connections. Their main goal is to be a positive influence on the younger generation to encourage them to explore their own individuality, and promote a sense of health and well-being. Overall, Franchella greatest accomplishment was the hit stage play "Olivia Lost & Turned Out" which she produced and directed. In this play, they focus on the concept of strength, forgiveness, and the power of accepting choices. She was so honored to find out that so many women opened up about their painful past and because of this play they are in the healing process. She is so excited about not only producing and directing but writing her next play called "Twisted Seasons". Her mission has always been to empower by informing, educating, and encouraging people through a presentation of thought-provoking and entertaining ideas. Some people dream of success while Franchella is achieving it every day!
