Francesca Noel is an American actress from upstate New York. She has been doing theatre since she was a kid but has now transitioned into film. She is most known for her role as Hannah in the upcoming film Then Came You (2018), and for the role of Amber Bolfo in the Sundance Labs film Selah and the Spades (2019).
