Dancing from the age of 3, Francesca Mills has participated in many different dance workshops, and has been an associate at the Urdang School of Dance, London. Her passion for performing, also led her for training at 'The Academy of Theatre Arts', in Stoke on Trent. Francesca's first participation in a professional production has been in the 2006 Christmas production of "Oliver" at the New Vic Theatre, Staffordshire, followed by "The Wizard of Oz", "Arabian Nights" and "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe", also Christmas productions at the New Vic. At the Regent Theatre, Stoke on Trent, Francesca was part of the choir in Joseph and his Technicolor Dream Coat" tour 2010. She was also in the all dance show "Euphoria 2011". In 2014, she played Tinkerbell in the production of "Peter Pan" at the Liverpool Empire Theatre, Pudsey Bear in Children in Need (1980) and Ida the Maid in Philip King's "See How They Run" for a UK touring production featuring short actors by Warwick Davis's Reduced Height Theatre Company, directed by Eric Potts. Her brilliant stage work also includes fascinating and critically praised performances in a wide range of roles such as in the acclaimed productions of Nikolay Gogol's "The Government Inspector" (as Maria) in a version by David Harrower (2016), Deborah McAndrew's "Cyrano" (as Pickpocket, Apprentice, Sister Martha and Ensemble) -a new adaptation of Edmond Rostand's "Cyrano de Bergerac"- at the New Vic (2017) and her widely considered show-stealing interpretation as Jailer's Daughter in William Shakespeare's "The Two Noble Kinsmen" at Shakespeare's Globe (2018).
