Fahriye Evcen is a German citizen. Her maternal family is of Circassian descent. After, Ottoman Empire collapsed, her paternal family is of Turkish descent who immigrated from Kavala (in Greece, today). She is best known for her roles as Necla Tekin on the Yaprak Dökümü based on the novel by Resat Nuri Güntekin and as Feride in the TV series Çalikusu, based on the novel by Resat Nuri Güntekin. Fahriye studied sociology for one year in Germany. At age 19, she moved to Turkey where she studied history at Bogaziçi University in Istanbul, graduating in 2014. Fahriye speaks Turkish, English, German and Spanish fluently. On December 23, 2016 she got engaged to Burak Özcivit. Show less «
