Matteo Professione, aka Ernia, is an Italian rapper from Qt8, a residential area of Milan near San Siro. In 2011 he formed the Troupe d'Elite together with Ghali and signed a record contract with Guè Pequeno's label Tanta Roba, with which he published his eponymous EP in 2012. In 2017, he released his first official album under the name of Ernia, entitled Come uccidere un usignolo: the success was extraordinary, and in a few months Ernia reached gold disc certification. In 2018, he launched his second album, 68, produced by Island Records and featuring a collaboration with his friend Tedua. He reappeared on the scene in 2020 with a new album, Gemelli, which reached the top of the Italian charts thanks to the success of the single Superclassico, his most popular song to date. Show less «
