Erin is a Taiwanese American actress born in Taipei, Taiwan. She began her career starring as a Wushu Sword Martial Artist in music videos Brave by Gladiator ft. Mothica & Vindata and Flames by David Guetta ft. Sia starring alongside Danny Trejo. She made her film breakthrough in 2017, as the lead role Kia in the Star Wars Film Dark Legacy. She plays Gia in the BET series The Family Business and Diamelle in Miramax's feature film, Old Dads starring Bill Burr, Bobby Canavale, and Bokeem Woodbine set to premiere October 2022. She grew up in the bay area, dancing with Future Shock San Jose. Then she graduated UCLA and received B.A in Sociology and Theater Minor. She directed Samahang Modern and won gold for her Spear form on Wushu Team.Off-screen, Wu supports international wildlife charities including GG Conservation, Care for Wild as well as Bunnyluv Rabbit Resource Center in North Hollywood. Her mission is to end animal cruelty and raise awareness for cruelty free products.Besides acting, she is a creative floral designer (Owner of @FlowerPeopleLA ) and teaches Pole Aerial Tricks and dance choreography at @BeSpun in West Hollywood.
