Erin Banks was born at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Fairborn, OH. She grew up being an only child in a military family. After moving around a lot through her younger years, her family finally ended up back at their home base in Ohio when she was 10 years old. Erin's dad: Steven Combs is a surgical tech who specializes in open heart surgery and her mom, Barbara (Rekus) Combs: is a pediatric nurse. Erin grew up active in theater, sports, and volunteering through local organizations. Her ancestry is Native American and Irish.Erin kicked off her acting career with her first musical: Bye, Bye, Birdie, where she played a cheerleader. She then went on to be a principal dancer the following year in: The Music Man.Erin was also on the Cheerleading squad, Flag Corps, Competitive Dance Team-who went to Nationals every year, Speech team, Drama team, Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, V.I.C.A., and was vice-president of the Graphic Arts Dept. her senior year.Outside of school, she was President of the Riverside Jay-teens, which raised money for the elderly in the surrounding areas. She also helped run the Riverside Jaycees haunted house for many years and helped design rooms that later went on to win area awards. She not only designed some of the rooms, she was also a main actor in the house and created a lot of the hair and makeup schemes for the characters in the rooms she designed.1999: Erin did her first professional photo shoot with Logan Studios, where she was chosen to be a model for their senior pictures in print and commercials.2000: she was crowned: Cinderella Beauty.2010: Erin was cast in her 1st major motion picture called: A Little Bit of Heaven and was signed with her 1st agency: IZON Models and Talent, the very next day. Her current Manager is: Joseph Donofrio and her agent is: Marlene Sutton with DDO Artists in North Hollywood, CA.2013: After losing 110 pounds on their programs, Erin was selected to represent Nutrisystem as one of their on TV success stories. She's been in commercials, infomercials, and in magazines. She was featured in the August 4th, 2014 issue of PEOPLE Magazine, The Enquirer, The Globe, QVC, The Lifetime Channel, and various others.Erin has also been a Certified Lifeguard since 2000 and a Swim Coach/Instructor since 2001 and still holds valid certifications. She also has extensive experience working with the Air Force and patient care in hospital and clinical settings.
