Born and raised in Mexico City. Erika discovered her passion for acting since very young, after finishing high school she decided to pursue her acting career in musical theatre. In 2008, she signed her first contract with the Biggest Theatre Company in Mexico City for the Broadway hit show Mamma Mia! She later performed in the musical Spring Awakening, toured Latin America with the Broadway show Madagascar Live!, performed in the Spanish hit Hoy no me Puedo Levantar, and was part of the Mexican original musical Verdad o Reto, replete with 90's smash hit songs. By 2017, she had a successful theatre career in Mexico. With a desire to expand her acting horizons to the screen, Erika moved to Vancouver, B.C. to train for a film acting career. After completing her full-time conservatory training, Erika began booking commercials and then was cast as Carmen in the Netflix original series Black Summer. Show less «
