Erik E. Crown is a cancer fighter/investigative documentary filmmaker known best for "Phosfate", the groundbreaking documentary on corporate pollution and rising cancer rates surrounding Mosaic's phosphate mines in Bone Valley, FL. Erik started production at age 13, won his first Telly award at 18, then studied philosophy at St. John's College before transferring to NYU to pursue his film career. After being diagnosed with an incurable hybrid environmental cancer, his focus changed from Hollywood productions and sitcom work to documentaries on topics usually overlooked. He focuses on animal rights documentaries and direct action campaigns and environmental pollution and environmental cancer issues.
