A native of Chicago, Erica has always had a passion for acting, athletics and being involved in anything that was exciting, challenging and fun. From an early age she has always been involved in some type of activity such as running track, being a majorette, playing softball and dancing on various dance teams but Erica found her true calling when she took up karate. Her martial arts instructor said on her first day of class, "You have a natural kick". Erica continued in karate earning her black belt and along the way competed all over the country in martial arts tournaments earning several first place trophies in the women's fighting division. Erica is also a former national fitness competitor and was first runner up in the Chicago Ms. Fitness America competition and appeared on the national Ms. Fitness America pageant on ESPN and in Oxygen magazine. While still living in Chicago a writer/producer friend suggested that she use her martial arts background and athletic abilities to get into stunts. She sent her info to Rick Le Fevour a veteran stunt coordinator in Chicago who coordinated stunts for the television show "Early Edition". He hired Erica to double one of the main actresses on the show and Erica worked on the show for two years until it was canceled. After that Erica moved to Los Angeles and since arriving has worked as a stuntwoman for some of the top stunt coordinators, directors and actors in the business.
