Within the film Beasts Of No Nation, Emmanuel conveys a great deal of emotions and feelings through his character, Strika. Although Strika never speaks, the relationship between him and Agu (played by Abraham Attah) is one that brings a lot to the film. Emmanuel does a very good job at portraying a troubled and broken boy who, through war, has been whittled down to a mindless killer. The trauma and suffering that Strika has gone through has been excellently portrayed by Emmanuel. However sad the context of the film may be, Emmanuel should be proud of tremendously adding to the mental and psychological aspect of the civil war in Africa. Well done Emmanuel!
