Emily is an American actress born and raised in Oklahoma and a tribal member of the Choctaw Nation. She began her acting career at the age of 11 as a background extra in the feature film Children of the Corn: Runaway. It was then that she decided she loved being on camera. She has trained under Chris Freihofer at the Actor Factory, attending the Young Performers Academy for several years. Also at the age of 11, Emily started teaching herself the art of Special effects makeup (SFX) mainly doing wound/gore. Without having a professional fx makeup kit she used items around the house and everyday makeup to create very realistic wounds.
