Emily Gruhl studied Fine Arts Acting at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and upon graduating at the top of her class, received the Jennifer Blocksidge Medal. Emily is known for films, 'A Suburban Love Story' (2015), 'Rider' (2016), 'And Though The Music Ended, We Danced On Through The Night' (2017) and most recently appears in the highly anticipated Foxtel mini-series 'Picnic at Hanging Rock' (2017) alongside Natalie Dormer ('Game of Thrones') as the character 'Minnie', a role originated by Jacki Weaver. Following the critical success at prestigious international film festivals Berlinale and Tribeca, 'Picnic at Hanging Rock' will have an international release on the US streaming platform Amazon Prime Video, the BBC (UK), Canal+ (France), Deutsche Telekom's EntertainTV (Germany) and Sky's premium entertainment channel SoHo in New Zealand. Emily just wrapped on major feature film, 'Angel of Mine' (2018) where she worked with Noomi Rapace, Luke Evans, Yvonne Strahovski and Richard Roxburgh. Show less «
