Elliot Joseph was born in London. He trained as an actor in the United States, studying for three years at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, graduating with the Max Fischer Award for Acting and a member of the company Program. Recently after the release of the hugely successful horror franchise The Conjuring 2, directed by James Wan where Elliot worked on key scenes with Francis O' Connor, Elliot was featured in the UK's Empire magazine as a standout performer for his performance as Constable Peterson. Elliot has produced and created work with his company ThinkiT Film Assembly, where he won a directing award for co-writing and co-directing So Awkward. On stage Elliot has performed in plays including This Is Our Youth, Phil Porter's Stealing Sweets & Punching People; A US premiere with Arielle Tepper Productions, and in Parhelia, directed by Anne Kauffman with New Dramatists.
