Ed Flynn dropped out of college, a football scholarship, and a day job at a bacon factory to study improvisation and acting in Chicago at The Second City, iO and Steppenwolf Theatre.On stage, Ed appeared in the world premiere productions of Andrew Hinderaker's critically acclaimed "I Am Going To Change The World" and "Suicide, Incorporated," the latter of which went on to be produced in New York's Roundabout Theatre. Ed also appeared as a performing understudy in David Cromer's "A Streetcar Named Desire" in the role of Mitch.Ed is an ensemble member of The Gift Theatre Company and a founding member of Natural Gas, the Gift's house improv team.In early 2012, he produced the short film "Best If Used By" with his partner Aemilia Scott.Ed lives in Los Angeles where he continues to write and perform comedy.
