Ebony began acting on stage at age 15, initially taking community theater classes and performing in small showcases under the acting guidance of Katherine Brighton, her first mentor. She is a graduate of Midlands Technical College with an Associate Degree in Arts and English, where she eventually appeared in various short plays, including her own written work, Honey, Meet My Wife!, produced in the 2011 8th Playwright Festival for Midlands Tech. Consecutively, Ebony has pursued film and more dramatic arts, casting leads in independent projects, "QC Redemption II" by George McPherson, "Edge" by Neil Norwood, and a supporting role in "59" by Fred Forte Jr. In addition, she has booked upcoming featured parts in films such as "You Are Here" directed by Matthew Weiner and "Iron Man 3" directed by Shane Black, while maintaining a recurring extra status on the Golden Globe Award winning television series, "Homeland".
