Actor and model Drew Kenney was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, to Linda and Mal Kenney. He has one brother and two sisters, and is of Irish, as well as smaller amounts of German, French Canadian, and Native American descent. Drew graduated from Horizon High School in Scottsdale as captain of the varsity lacrosse team, student government senator, and senior member of the academic decathlon team. After high school, Drew earned his Emergency Medical Technician certification and spent three years volunteering with Phoenix area fire departments before achieving his bachelor of science degree in business from Arizona State University. While attending college, Drew spent eight months abroad modeling and studying international business at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.After college, Drew moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. In 2013, Drew was cast as a contestant on ABC's The Bachelorette Season 9, appearing in 13 episodes. Following his appearance on The Bachelorette, Drew began his studies with the Nancy Banks Actor Studio, The Second City in Hollywood, and also in the Ivana Chubbuck Studio.In 2015, Drew was cast as the sarcastic ex-convict, Alec, in his first feature film Blood Trap starring alongside Costas Mandylor, Gianni Capaldi, and Vinnie Jones. The film released in 2016 and received a nomination for best motion picture at its premiere in the Catalonian International Film Festival in Sitges, Spain. In 2016, Drew was cast as Niko, starring alongside Andrea Zirio, Gianni Capaldi, Udo Kier, Anamaria Marinca, and Danny Glover in a modern take of James Joyce's classic novel, Ulysses; A Dark Odyssey. Ulysses is Drew's second movie filmed in Italy in as many years and is set to release in 2017.Drew continues his studies while living in Los Angeles.
