Dmytro Morykit was born in Northampton with Ukrainian and Italian roots. He comes from a classical tradition but has worked for many genres. Having spent many years working with other artists including musicians, choreographers and poets, he now concentrates on giving concerts of his own compositions alongside films, both classical and modern. His concert for Fritz Lang's Metropolis premiered in 2014 and received wide acclaim, and standing ovations from sell-out London and European audiences.
