Dia is a multilingual South Asian Actress. Some of Dia's film highlights include playing the lead in 'Shamanthakamini' and two acclaimed Short Films 'Hide and Seek' and 'I (don't) need therapy'. Dia has also appeared in many Television/Digital Commercials and Modeling Campaigns. Dia is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. She is an avid bookworm and writer; she shares much of her poetry on social media and has written a web series for a leading web platform.Dia studied MBBS at University and lends much of her free time to a number of philanthropic endeavors and advocates for sustainability and climate change.Dia has won Miss India Australia International 2016 and gained public appeal after which she was offered acting jobs. Dia started learning dance from a young age and performed an Indian Classical Contemporary Fusion dance for the talent portion of the pageant which led to her eventual win.She was studying and at a cafe when Anupam Sharma director of the 'UnIndian' spotted her and enlisted her for a speaking part.
