Devi Khajishvili is a Georgian actor born to the family of Nodar Khajishvili a Shotokan Karate Master and Nana Khajishvili a piano teacher. He is of a Georgian(Paternal side) and Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and Iranian descent from his maternal grandparents. Since he was 6 years old, he trained in Shotokan Karate under his father's mentorship, and later after competing in numerous national and international tournaments, became two time World Champion and earned his second degree Black Belt. On top of having a successful career in Martial Arts, he was also a successful athlete in other sports like Judo, Gymnastics and Track and Field. Growing up, acting has always been a big part of his life. While living in Batumi, Georgia he was a part of many local theater and school play productions, where he discovered his talent and passion for acting. Also, for 7 years he was a member of a Georgian traditional dance ensemble, with whom he toured and did shows nationally and internationally. Devi Khajishvili moved to Lubbock, TX when he was 17, and attended Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelors with Honors in Political Science. Devi speaks 5 languages; Georgian, Russian, Turkish, French and English.
