Deirdre is an actress/director/teacher from Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked with many respected theater company's in Germany, England, Boston, and in and around the Los Angeles area. In Germany, Deirdre, who speaks German, was a member of the Schiller Theater company for 1 year. She worked on several international films, notably "The Rosegarten" with Peter Fonda and Liv Ulman where she played Peter Fonda's girlfriend. Her first film role was as a Russian spy in Leo Penn's film, "Judgement in Berlin" starring Martin Sheen and Sean Penn. When she moved to Los Angeles, it was Leo Penn who enabled her to earn her SAG card on "Christine Cromwell" through Universal. She has worked with director Walter Hill on "Another 48hrs", "Geronimo", and "Last Man Standing".She holds a BFA from Emerson College and an M.Ed. She coaches adults and children in theater and film and works with LAUSD as a Drama teacher. She continues to act and work as a studio teacher as well as being the proud mother of her daughter Fiona who is 11. Show less «
