Declan was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and continues to live in a small town outside of Knoxville. Declan is the oldest of three boys; his twin brothers have the acting bug as well. Declan has a Black Lab and a kitty, and loves animals. Declan is home schooled to help give him time to pursue his love of acting and performing.Declan has been in several local projects, including commercials for Dollywood theme park, Tennessee Tourism, and Farm Bureau of Tennessee, as well as performing on stage at the prestigious Oak Ridge Playhouse, as Winthrop Paroo in "The Music Man", and also at Dollywood theme park in their seasonal running of "Oh Holy Night". Although stage acting is a much more rigorous and lengthy schedule, Declan excels at stage performance, and feels it pushes him to be a better actor. Declan was also featured in Colton James' country music video for "101 Proof", along side racing legend Kerry Earnhardt and Shawn Michaels of the WWE.Declan is also a very talented singer, singing in Sound Company Children's Choir which performs shows in and around Tennnesee, including Christmas shows with The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, and Take It Home Tennessee, a comedic musical Directed by Rosemary Ahmed-Byers, in the style of the old Hee Haw shows.It has been said that Declan is "a natural" on stage or in productions. Declan's humble, eager to please attitude and strong work ethic has made him well liked among crew and peers, and sought after in the industry.Declan's first feature film role is in "Last Best Summer Ever" as Kyle Cassidy.
