David Valencia is a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney, Australia. The school has been recognized by the Hollywood Reporter as one of the world's finest training grounds for performing arts. Other notable graduates include Mel Gibson, Cate Blanchett, Baz Luhrmann, Sam Worthington, to name but a few.In 2016, David collaborated with Valene Kane on Conor Allyn's political thriller, EX-PATRIOT; and on Fernando León de Aranoa's ESCOBAR opposite Javier Bardem, Peter Sarsgaard and Penelope Cruz.He has also co-starred in Elijah Wood's production of THE BOY, opposite David Morse and Rainn Wilson. THE BOY premiered in competition at SXSW Film Festival, and had a special engagement in Los Angeles at the iconic Grauman's Egyptian Theatre.
