Dave Gordy is a living historian and historical actor from Ottumwa, IA. He has 22 years experience with historical displays and historical reenacting. Dave is an avid horseman and trains horses for both living history and film use. He has a military background not only in living history but in the U.S. Army as well where Dave was a Combat Engineer with multiple tours overseas to both Iraq and Afghanistan working Route Clearance and Counter Terrorism operations. He is dedicated to history and the proper portrayal of historical time eras. Dave is a collector of historical items and as such provided many items for film use; as well as coordinated contacts to obtain items needed for differing films.
