Darren grew up in Fort St John, BC, Canada and moved to Calgary Alberta, Canada in 1989 where he was a Police Officer for 25 years with Calgary Police Service. During that time Darren became an ACTRA Member and sat on the Executive Board for a few years. Darren was an Actor and Stunt Man and was in projects such as "Assassination of Jesse James", "Rat Race", " Held Up', "Honey I Shrunk the Kids", "Friend of the Family", "Viper", and "The Marshall" to name a few. Darren also had lead roles in various commercials including, Ford, Achieve Herbicide, and Labatt's Beer. Darren is also the Lead Singer and manager of the band Prairie Heat. Darren was nominated for The World Stunt Awards in 2001 in the "High Fall" Category for a stunt he did in the movie "Held Up" starring Jamie Foxx. Darren now resides in Phoenix AZ area where he has resumed playing music and will resume his Acting/Stunt work as well. Show less «
