Danny La Rue was born on July 26, 1927 in County Cork, Irish Free State as Daniel Patrick Carroll. He was an actor, known for The Merry Mishaps of Mr. Bean (1992), Danny La Rue: The Ladies I Love (1974) and BBC Hall of Fame: Barbara Windsor (2000). He died on May 31, 2009 in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.
