Daniela Voarckova was born in May 1968 in Ceske Budejovice, in Czech Republic. Originally studied Finances in the Economy University in Prague, but ran to the theatre after the Velvet revolution in 1989. She took part in many various workshops - f.e. with The Living Theatre, Min Tanaka, the Russian avant-garde theatre group Derevo, Dogrtroep(nl). Moved to Amsterdam a and participated on project in Mime School an dance school SNDO. Returning to Prague in 1999 she co-created own theatre company, is author and performer in number of project - physical, street and drama theatre. She is a guest actress in the Forman Brothers Theater - project Enchantia (Czech National Theater) and since 2016 touring Europe with the show Deadtown. She appeared in short films and video art work of Czech awarded visual artist Michal Pechoucek and Tereza Velikova. Recently she starts to appear in Czech and international films and TV productions. She is a sharp comedian, prompt moderator and good singer. She gives device and site specific theatre classes, also works as a production manager of theatre and opera projects.Outside of performing Daniela loves any outdoor activities, ice-swimming, dancing, yoga.
