The oldest of two children born to Eugene and Cynthia, Daniel Lue was always involved in athletics and acting. Daniel trained in the Chinese martial art, Wu Shu Kung Fu, in which he holds a black belt. While attending The University of Texas at Austin, he started bodybuilding. With the help from Arnold Schwarzenegger's book "Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding", he was able to transform himself from a self described "98 pound weakling" into a bodybuilder.Upon graduating college with a degree in finance, Lue worked as a tax accountant while acting and modeling on the side. Despite being a successful tax accountant, he was bitten by the acting bug and wanted to trade the corporate world for Hollywood. The opportunity came when Lue was selected out of 65,000 applicants to take part in the popular reality show "Survivor: The Amazon".Currently living in Los Angeles, California, Lue is studying acting at the famed Beverly Hills Playhouse taught by Milton Katselas. He is also the celebrity spokesperson for the "Qi Biomagnetic Bracelet" and published a top selling self-titled 2004 calendar. Lue has stated that the role he wants to play next is "Kato" in the upcoming "Green Hornet" movie. Show less «
